This is an insurance claim.

For insurance claims, a written confirmation of cost coverage from the insurance company must be provided before any work begins. If no confirmation of cost coverage has been submitted at the time the order is placed or before the work is carried out, the order will be processed on behalf of the customer and invoiced directly to them. In this case, the customer is responsible for paying the invoice in full and may subsequently submit the invoice to their insurance company for reimbursement. Any reimbursement is subject solely to the terms and conditions of the insurance policy and remains the responsibility of the respective insurance company.

By submitting this form, the order is deemed to have been placed with binding effect and the client accepts the General Terms and Conditions of the Abfluss-AS-Allianz companies in full at the time the order is placed.

Right of withdrawal*

The statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts applies for 14 days after the conclusion of the contract. After the withdrawal period, the following fees apply in case of cancellation: Up to 14 calendar days before the start of the service: free of charge. Within 14 calendar days before the start of the service: 80% of the agreed price.

Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal*

I expressly agree that the relevant paid service should begin before the 14-day withdrawal period expires. I understand that my right of withdrawal will expire prematurely if the service has been provided in part or in full.
